Corporate AI seminars
Your company is probably already paying for AI licenses. The question is whether anyone is using them for anything beyond writing emails slightly faster.
The problem with most AI training
It demonstrates tools instead of teaching work. People sit through an hour of impressive demos, go back to their desks, and do their job exactly the way they did it before.
We run sessions on your actual tasks. Attendees bring real work — a report they build every week, a document they process a hundred times a month — and leave having done it a faster way with their own hands on the keyboard.
How we run them
- On site or remote, whichever suits the team
- Built around tasks you send us beforehand
- Attendees work on their own machines, on their own logins
- A written playbook afterward, using your examples
- Follow-up session available two to four weeks later

Run any of these standalone, or combine several into a training day. All can be tailored to a department.
AI foundations for teams
What these tools actually are, what they're reliably good at, and where they fail. Attendees learn to write instructions that work and to recognize a confidently wrong answer before it reaches a customer.
ChatGPT for daily work
Hands-on with the tasks your team does every week — drafting, summarizing, analyzing spreadsheets, cleaning data, working through documents. Built around examples you supply in advance.
Claude Code for technical teams
For developers, analysts, and IT staff. Working in a real codebase: refactors, test writing, debugging, and reviewing changes. Also covers when to hand a task to it and when not to bother.
Privacy and safe AI use
What happens to information you paste into an AI tool, which data should never go near one, and how to tell the difference between a consumer account and a business plan with real data protections. Includes drafting an internal usage policy your staff will actually follow.
Getting value from the licenses you have
An audit session for organizations already paying for AI seats. We look at who has access, who's using it, what they're using it for, and where the same spend could produce considerably more. Often ends with reducing seats and increasing output.
Department-specific sessions
Tailored workshops for a single function — operations, finance, HR, customer service, or sales. Same format, but every example comes from that department's own workload.
Train the trainer
For larger organizations that need this to scale past what one outside consultant can deliver. We train your internal champions to run these sessions themselves and give them the materials to do it.
What attendees leave with
- A method, not a list of tricksHow to break a task down so a model can help with it, and how to check the output before trusting it.
- Their own worked examplesEvery exercise uses real work from your organization, so the playbook they take away applies on Monday.
- A clear line on dataEveryone in the room knows what they must not paste into an outside tool, and why.
- Somewhere to go nextA short list of the processes in their own department that look worth automating properly.
Tell us about your team.
Size, departments, what they already have access to, and what you'd want them doing differently afterward. We'll come back with a session plan and a price.
